ORDERING RELATED

You can place an order in the following ways
1. Fax to 2501-5211 in Hong Kong
2. 24 HOURS ORDER DESK: - by phone - you may call the order desk on 2501-5811. The order desk is open 24 hours
3. ONLINE: Once you are approved in the system and your account is open with us we will issue you with an ID and password and you may use our online ordering facility.

Imported items (including imported veggies, poultry & meat)
– Order cut off time at 3 pm for next morning delivery. For order after 3 pm will be delivered next afternoon or the day after.

Local items (i.e. local produce)
– Order cut off time is midnight for same morning delivery.
You can register anytime online using the registration form and once approved for credit terms then you can place your order via any of our online channels including email, WhatsApp and the upcoming Online Ordering Portal.

We are always faced with the challenge of keeping fresh stock and so from time to time we may be out of particular items.

When this happens we will try to inform the customer but many orders leave the market early in the morning so it is not always possible. Whenever we can we will inform the customer and try to replace in the afternoon.
Yes - both here and Macau, just make arrangements with the Sales Manager.
Many products are seasonal and we have provided some seasonal charts for your reference.

PRODUCT RELATED

We are an absolute One Stop Shop for fresh produce and can usually find everything given time.

We import directly by Air from the following countries:

Australia - 5 times a week from all over Australia
Europe - weekly
Thailand - twice weekly
Kenya - weekly
USA - by sea only
China - 3 times daily we have delivery direct from the farms

Usually we have been able to source from around the globe and if we can we will get it for you.
Our logistics network offers a lot of options to buy most products all year round.
From the ground DUH!!- Actually that depends on what you order. On the produce section every item has a code and a country of origin. Most day to day produce is direct from the farms in China.
Most products from overseas do not have health certificates as such.

All products exported from Australia, Europe, Thailand however face very strict export controls and we only buy from established operators approved for export. Some products come from HACCP rated companies and we can provide details.

All our Organic products from Australia come with certificates of Origin.

There are very few companies in China that will provide a certificate (well..they will but we would not accept!).
Occasionally we will test products in Hong Kong at certified laboratories. However, for all import products (that does not include China) then they are tested regularly.
Well, usually they are covered in lots of crap!... but failing that we have certificates.

DELIVERY RELATED

• OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK
• OPEN SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
• CLOSED ONLY 1 DAY AT CHINESE NEW YEAR

Approximate time for delivery are as follows. However, please check if you need particular times.

• For outlying Islands such as Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma etc. we deliver to the Kaito/ferry pier in Sheung Wan.
• Orders can also be sent to the Pier terminals in Central but the ferry charge will be borne by the customer.
Twice a day to some areas. Double check with your sales manager.
Everyday, everywhere
FREE DELIVERY - Same principal - our trucks are there so no delivery charge - again so long as you follow our schedules for delivery.
Yes orders can be picked up from the market, just let us know.
It rains a bit and usually we go to the pub and drink. It's always quite a challenge when a Typhoon comes as our drivers cannot deliver.

We will simply do our best to fill orders and sometimes we will deliver the day before if we can or stay open late.

There is no rule as we just don't know when and for how long but after 7 years of operating we have survived!

ACCOUNT & PRICE RELATED

Accounts are approved for credit based on volumes, reputation, credit terms needed and relationship…… final decision lies with us for trading terms
Yes you can but we prefer not to collect cash as this is a security risk for the drivers - other arrangements can be made and just call us to discuss.
How long are prices set for?

We prefer to set prices every 10 days but your requirements for weekly or bi weekly can be met- monthly if you require.

We find the fairest and most beneficial though for everyone is 10 days starting the 1st of every month.

We operate a fleet of new fully refrigerated trucks both here and in Macau.
Yes - both here and Macau.
Please come down anytime. We have been audited by all the major retailers and many 5 star hotels and have systems in place to ensure hygiene and quality control.
