Description: Tasmanian Heritage Triple Cream Brie is a most indulgent brie that has been enriched with full fat milk and cream resulting in a rich flavour. This triple cream brie is covered in a bloom of white mould and has a truly delectable rich and buttery character that further develops as the cheese matures. Suggested Accompaniment: Tasmanian Heritage Triple Cream Brie can be enjoyed with green apples and wafers or crusty bread.
Storage Instructions
General Serving/ Storage comments: To allow for optimal flavour and enjoyment, it is recommended that the cheese is removed from the fridge 60 minutes before serving. This time may vary depending on the temperature and humidity of the day. Once opened, wrap any remaining cheese in the original packaging to maintain optimum quality. Always serve cheese when it is most ripe (ie. as close to its best before date as possible) to ensure a full flavour and optimum taste.
