Specialising in the production of traditional Italian products of high quality ‑ mortadella, pancetta, and coppa – the company quickly gained a good reputation.
Spanish chorizo salami is made from coarsely chopped pork meat and flavoured with paprika and garlic spices and then smoked and air-dried.
