It all started in 1954, when Fernand BERNI, born in Italy, created a company selling meat goods and salting in Loisey (Meuse) to make up for the lack of Italian wholesalers in the region. Specialising in the production of traditional Italian products of high quality ‑ mortadella, pancetta, and coppa – the company quickly gained a good reputation.
This famous Italian cut of ham is a salted, seasoned and dry-cured thinly cut pork shoulder for a plate of charcuterie or Raclette evening with friends. It is recommended to open tray 10 minutes before consumption.
