It all started in 1954, when Fernand BERNI, born in Italy, created a company selling meat goods and salting in Loisey (Meuse) to make up for the lack of Italian wholesalers in the region. Specialising in the production of traditional Italian products of high quality ‑ mortadella, pancetta, and coppa – the company quickly gained a good reputation.
Originating from Denmark, this traditional salami is made from finely minced prime pork and beef. It has a mild smoky flavour and is delicately seasoned with a European blend of herbs and spices.
